Eligibility for Education
Civil - Degree in Civil Engineering with 65% marks from a recognized University.
Electrical Engineering - A degree in electrical engineering with a low mark of 65% from a recognized University.
Electronics - A degree in Electronics Engineering with 65% marks from a recognized University
Mechanical - A degree in Mechanical Engineering with 65% marks from a recognized University.
Naval Architecture - A Naval Architecture degree with 65% marks from a recognized University.
Information Technology - Computer Science Degree in Computer Science with a minimum of 65% from a recognized university OR a Bachelor of Engineering in Technology with a minimum of 65% from a recognized university OR Degree in Computer Science / Technology / Information Technology with a minimum of 65% from a well-known university.
Employee Resources - A qualification with a minimum of 65% from a recognized University AND b) A two-year Master's Degree or equivalent Degree or Diploma or Post Graduate Degree in the following fields, a minimum of 65% marks from a recognized University: - (i) Master's Degree in Business Administration specifically in HR or HR equivalent or Diploma equivalent in HR OR Post Degree Degree in Social Work specifically in Personnel Management or Labor Welfare & Industrial Relations or Post Post Degree Degree in Personnel Management
