Malti Marie Chopra Jonas
Priyanka Chopra Jonas unveiled the public face of her daughter Malti Marie Chopra Jonas at the Hollywood Walk of Fame on Tuesday, more than a year after her birth in January 2022.
The actress wore a brown bodycon dress with sunglasses and held Malti on her lap as she supported her husband Nick Jonas at an event. On the occasion, Nick and his brothers received a star on the famous Hollywood Walk of Fame for their band The Jonas Brothers.
Since her birth, Priyanka and Nick have kept their daughter out of the spotlight. "Just because I don't want to make my or my daughter's medical history public doesn't give you the right to make up whatever the reasons were," Priyanka said in an interview with Vogue.
Marie was born prematurely in January last year, at the height of the Omicron-induced wave of the Covid-19 pandemic, and had to spend some time in the NICU before Priyanka and Nick took her home.
Priyanka is well-known for her feminist stance, and she has made numerous headlines for her entrepreneurship and support for other female entrepreneurs.
Priyanka attended a gala event celebrating Anastasia Beverly Hills' 25th anniversary, where she met several Hollywood celebrities. The actress wore a stunning purple gown to the event for female entrepreneurs.
