Himachal Pradesh: Chief Minister Jairam Thakur has been summoned to Delhi by the BJP high command on Tuesday. After the change of Chief Minister in Gujarat, the politics of Himachal has become hot with CM Jayaram being called to Delhi. With this, the Congress has also started attacking the BJP and has even said that now CM Jairam Thakur will also be removed.
The Chief Minister was accompanied by his personal secretary Dr. RN Batta has also come to Delhi. CM Jairam Thakur is also scheduled to meet BJP national president JP Nadda. The visit is also considered special as by-elections are coming up in the state and assembly elections are scheduled for October-November next year. Under these circumstances the BJP is trying to strengthen its leadership in the states. As a result, the discussion on changing the Chief Minister has increased in Himachal too.
Jairam Thakur also came to Delhi five days ago
Notably, Chief Minister Jairam Thakur has been recalled to Delhi in 5 days. Due to the chronology of summoning the CM from Simla to Delhi immediately after the Gujarat chapter, various allegations are being made by everyone. Just last Wednesday, Jairam Thakur met BJP national president Jagat Prakash Nadda in Delhi.
CM Jairam Thakur on Thursday invited President Ramnath Kovind to visit Himachal and was leaving for Ujjain after meeting Union ministers. The CM reached Shimla from New Delhi on Sunday and again the High Commissioner has called him to Delhi. The party high command has been keeping an eye on the performance of state ministers for a long time and wants to reshuffle the cabinet before the elections.
Congress said- Chief Minister will save the chair
Congress leader Mukesh Agnihotri said that not five but six chief ministers are to be replaced. So Jairam Thakur saves his chair. "People are very angry about the BJP," he said. The BJP cannot hold a rally in Shimla after the ministers issued a statement against horticulture in the same way that the BJP cannot hold a rally in Haryana on agricultural laws.
Mukesh Agnihotri further said, "This is a slapped government. I don't know when someone will be slapped." "The chief minister is giving backdoor jobs to special people," Mukesh said. He said that former Chief Minister Dr. YS Parmar has created Himachal Pradesh and Virbhadra has decorated it. The BJP has no contribution to make. In Corona, 3,500 people have died due to inadequate government arrangements. Now the BJP is running away from the by-elections due to fear.
The BJP has missed five CM changes
Notably, Vijay Rupani has become the 5th Chief Minister to be replaced in the last six months. Earlier, a change of leadership took place in Assam along with the election results. In Assam, Sarbananda Sonowal has been replaced by Hemant Biswa Sarma. Subsequently, two Chief Ministers were replaced in Uttarakhand. Earlier, Trivendra Singh Rawat was removed and Tirath Singh Rawat was given the reins of power and three months later he was replaced by Pushkar Dhami as CM.
Karnataka's BS Yeddyurappa has resigned and will be replaced by BS Bommai. Now, a year before the Assembly elections in Gujarat, the BJP has changed the Chief Minister. Vijay Rupani has been replaced by Bhupendra Patel as the new Chief Minister. It is believed that this is how the BJP can adopt a strategy to change the chief ministers of other states.
Will BJP change more CMs?
In fact, after the 2014 Lok Sabha elections, work has begun to prepare new leadership in various states under the BJP's main leadership. In states like Haryana, Jharkhand, Maharashtra, Uttarakhand, Himachal Pradesh, Uttar Pradesh, the BJP's new face is at stake. In these circumstances where the stakes are not effective the party does not hesitate at all to change. Given the changes that have taken place in four states in five months, questions are being raised about the BJP government in the remaining states, whether the formula can be applied in states like Goa, Himachal, Haryana, Tripura, Madhya Pradesh?
